Ticketing FAQ’s

I already have tickets for a concert, can I swap them for a different night?
Unfortunately you are unable to return, exchange or cancel tickets that have been purchased unless the event you booked for is cancelled or postponed.

I need a wheelchair seat - how do I purchase these tickets?
Please contact the relevant ticketing retailer directly for help accessing these seats: Ticketek (special needs hotline) – 1300 665 915

Why are there "better" seats available after I've purchased mine?
When customers search for tickets, those tickets are reserved until the customer either finalises the purchase or chooses to look for other tickets. Until this process is over, no one else can view these tickets. Therefore, if the customer chooses to search for other tickets and not finalise the purchase, these tickets are released and become available to other customers.

Can I buy tickets from ARN / iHeartRadio / KIIS / Mix 101.1 or 97.3?
No, we are not a ticketing retailer. Please view the event for full details on where to purchase your tickets

Will there be a pre-sale?
Absolutely you can head to www.iheartradio.com.au and register. We'll then send you details in plenty of time for the pre-sale on September 3.

If I miss out on tickets during the pre-sale have I missed out on the best seats? Internet pre-sales provide early access to a selection of seats, but not all seats, throughout the venue. Tickets of equal quality will always be held aside for the public. We like to give all fans the opportunity to access great seats – whether it be during the pre-sale or the general on-sale. Please remember if you are unable to secure tickets during the pre-sale, you will always be able to try again during the public on-sale when a fresh allocation of tickets will be released.

I haven't received my tickets yet in the mail?
Please contact the ticketing retailer you purchased these tickets from. Ticketek – 13 28 49

Will there be VIP packages? Yes, for more information on what’s included please visit the Dainty site
